Multi Section homes are available in either the Genesis II or Columbia Series. There are a wide variety of floor plans to choose from in models from under 900 square feet up to 1800. The list of options is expansive with upgrades, drywall packages, and custom decors available, and all homes can be customized to suit your taste, or your building site.

Modular homes are ideal for their expanded square footage and available amenities. There are a wide variety of floor plans to choose from and a multitude of upgrades available to enhance both comfort and style. Our modular homes are available from 1000-1800 square feet on one level, and we also feature our popular Cape Cod style home which includes a spacious second level upstairs. Modular homes are adaptable for a basement and all are available in a time frame which is flexible enough to fit your schedule

The Advent Series is an economical option which offers you all of the quality of other SRI homes at a lower price point. Advent homes feature large open floor plans available in both single and double sections and as always, pricing includes delivery and set-up.
